Starting at 9:00 am on Tuesday, June 17 – we are teaming up to golf at the picturesque course right at Mystic Lake Event Center. Please sign up for this during conference registration. (Cost of golf is $145 per player + tax, includes 18 holes golf, cart w/GPS & Range balls. Lunch at the turn grill is on us. They have rental clubs if needed.)

April Lewis is hilarious and the epitome of transformative leadership and well-being. She will help us connect with ourselves and others through her proven “Work Well System” that engages employees at the individual, team, and organizational level. Her holistic approach follows her guiding principle, "Human first, Employee second." She has carved her legacy as a healthcare executive and national trainer and courageously served in combat roles for the U.S. Army. With a myriad of certifications, including Executive Coach, D.I.S.C., and NLP, she is a nationally acclaimed speaker and consultant, even recently lending her expertise as the Interim COO of a healthcare organization. As an advocate of calm over chaos, April leaves audiences inspired to live and work well.

Michelle will kick off Wednesday with her awesome presentation on “Grow Together and Transform Tomorrow.” Wednesday will help us cultivate connections with sessions on EDGE Accounting, AR, Inventory, Grain, Energy, Agronomy, and POCKT.

Horse Races at Canterbury Park

Canterbury Park - Wednesday 5:00-9:30pm

Back by popular demand, Wednesday night, we will bus to Canterbury Park for a fun night of food, beverages and cheering for your favorite horses! Horse racing begins around 5:00 pm with races every half hour. Between races, view the post parade in the Paddock, place your bets, or make a trip to the Winner's Circle during our AgVantage sponsored race. We will bus back to the hotel after the final race, around 9:30 pm.

Thursday will begin with a great panel discussion with customers sharing their insight on how to connect your employees for success. With so many job openings, employee retention is important, let’s talk about this topic together.

1970’s “Groovy Games Night”

Thursday night we will host a 1970’s Theme Party in the ballroom of Mystic Lake Event Center. This includes dinner, drinks, music and fun games for all to participate in. Mic Drop Entertainment will be emceeing this fun night. Dress in your 70’s costume!

Friday sessions will be together in the ballroom. Jason and Dillon will show us POCKT, PULSE and ASK and then help us share how we can incorporate what we have learned at the conference into our business.
