Our room block runs from 3/10/17 to 3/15/17, with up to an additional three days before and after depending on availability. The room block will expire on 2/11/17 unless filled sooner.
All of our guest rooms are in the Sanibel Tower, with balconies, and most will be waterfront. The rate for three conference nights is $299 (regular rate for mid-March in the Sanibel Tower is $401). If staying the additional nights, the group rate is $319.
The group resort fee has been reduced to $10 ($15 regular) per day. It includes things such as free bicylce rental, outdoor basketball and tennis court, newspapers, internet, etc... Self parking has been reduced to $6 ($12 regular) per day.
Unfortunately, the Marriott is unable to display our special spricing on the reservations home page. The special conference rates display under the rate details link on the second page of group reservations and will be applied upon checkout when you are on-site.

Ask for the AgVantage Executive Conference Group Rate. This is a nationwide phone center and it's possible the agent won't know about the AgVantage Discount for three of the nights that brings the cost down to $299. Also, they may be unaware of the discounts for the group resort fee and parking. Please don't be concerned as these will all be discounted when you check out on-site.
